Nicole Kidman shares Mother’s Day post excluding Tom Cruise’s kids
Nicole Kidman recently celebrated Mother’s Day on Instagram with two pictures. The first one saw the Babygirl actress posing with her late mother, Janelle Ann Kidman, and her two daughters with Keith Urban, Sunday and Faith.
In the second picture, Kidman’s mother could be seen walking with her two children.
Kidman captioned the post, “My mother and my daughters in Uluru, beautiful memories…always Happy Mother’s Day.”
Nicole Kidman excluded pictures of her two adopted kids with Tom Cruise, Bella and Connor.
Kidman has kept her eldest children out of the spotlight, but has expressed nothing but love and support for them. In an interview with Who in 2018, she cited her desire to “protect all those relationships” as a reason she kept Bella and Connor’s lives private.
Moreover, she also spoke of how they were both adults and were able to make their own decisions, which included following Cruise’s Scientology beliefs, adding that it was her “job to love them.”
“And I am an example of that tolerance, and that’s what I believe,” she further noted. “That no matter what your child does, the child has love and the child has to know there is available love and I’m open here.”
Kidman also noted in a separate Who magazine interview that she didn’t regret getting married to Tom Cruise “really fast and young.” This is due to the marriage giving her Bella and Connor. (via E! News)
Furthermore, in a Women’s Weekly magazine interview, Kidman praised Bella and Connor, calling them “generous, kind and hardworking.”
